2006 rent a legend car for sale, Shelby GT-H. This may be one of the rarest cars to date with only 500 in production. This car has never been rented and was purchased from a Hertz dealer on delivery before the cars were put into the rental fleet. The car has 2500 miles and driven back from Las Vegas and to some local shows. It has all paper work and brochures from Hertz. The winning bidder will be given all details how the car was purchased from Hertz. This is a rare oportunity to own a legend that will not have the abuse of a rental unit. This car is perfect, not a scratch or mark on it like I have noticed on several new Shelby GT500's. Good luck.

This is the 2006 Shelby GT-H Hertz Rental Car. It is Shelby Mustang 40th Anniversary.

Ford and Shelby Automobile Inc. only produced 500 of the Shelby GT-H cars. This is car #376 of 500. The Shelby number is 06H376. This is on the dash of the car and on the plate under the hood.

One auctioned at EAA Air Adventure in Oshkosh, Wisconsin for $250,000 in July '06. This is the only other GT-H known for sale at this time.

This car stands out more than the '06 Shelby GT500 because the hoods are completely different and has hood pins. It also says "SHELBY" across the back of the car with "Hertz" emblems. It also has an engine wire connected to the frame so that people renting the car can't "borrow" the engines like they used to do on the old '66 Shelby Hertz cars.

I think I heard that Hertz was going to be selling the shelby hertz cars
that had never been rented. I think I read that the projected number to sell
would be higher than the number out there to rent
