Notice how the winning bidder was bidding furiously at the end probably being told they were outbid by a previous bidder, the guy who had a $2200 max. I bet towards the end they just put in a bid of $2200.03 fishing for the guy's max and nailed it. Probably $2200 was near their max too so why not add a few cents.
