    Robert Lyle Johnson
    JOHNSON Robert Lyle Johnson, age 81, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2008. Bob lived life to the fullest. Some may say he lived life on the edge. He was a kind, generous family man who was loved by all. Bob was dedicated to the Charity Newsies and was always willing to donate in their time of need. He proudly served in the US Navy during World war II. The owner of Johnson's Industrial Caterers. Bob was an avid golfer and member of the Worthington Hills Country Club and the Riviera Country Club. He was a National Champion Race Car Driver and a member of the Carroll Shelby Ford Racing Team, Sports Car Club of America, Shelby American Automobile Club, the Mobile Industrial Caterers Association and an Honorary member of the Charity Newsies. The Johnson family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff at Arlington Court. He is preceded in death by his parents Lyle and Mary. Survived by his loving wife, Nancy; children, Garry (Deb) Stoll, Mary Everett, Kristi (Verne Nevoraski) Alexander, Laura (Michael) Bean, Kari Hook; grandchildren, Carrie Stoll, Maggie (Chris) Spargur, Katie Stoll, Robert (Tioni) Everett, Johnna Everett, Rebecca (Patrick) Ryan, Robert Erfert, Christopher (Chrissy) Erfert, Kayla, Austin and Lily Bean; great-grandchildren, Charlie, Ryan, Jacie, Mirium, Jack, Carson and Chaun; sister, Sondra (Bill) Rosholt; brothers, Jim (Teri) Johnson, Tim Johnson; and his dear life long friend, Charles Galbraith. Friends may call MONDAY, October 20, 2008 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 4-8 p.m. with A Time To Remember Bob at 6 p.m. PRIVATE GRAVESIDE SERVICE will be held at the Dublin Cemetery.
