I just bought #660. It is red with a half woodgrain steering wheel. The truck is is perty good shape for having 179000 miles. This truck has roll up windows, manual locks, cruz control, power brakes and power steering. I was wondering if the engine and transmision had the VIN numbers stamped in to them like the factory. My block was cast Feb. 16 1989 with # 438755031823 cast in to its drivers side. The transmision has Pk4531283 0071 1461 stamped in to the drivers oil pan rail. Also the front springs are marked Eibach Springs 39/95 2846.101. Were these factory? Is ther a website that I could use to decode the body code plate? How can I tell if I have a upgaded computer/ and a 360 throtale body? Thanks for the info convx4@yahoo.com
