SGT and the passenger side airbag recall

I was reading (below)about some issues with the GT 500 and the supercharger PCM. I was curious, I recently did the airbag RCM recalibration on my SGT and was wondering if it was possible for the tech to have messed with the specific SGT tune, Is there even a remote possibility that they reflashed the tune and have installed some stock GT version?

I noticed they had to restart the car several times, is that just to recalibrate the RCM? What tune version is the SGT? is there a way to check that doesnt require the dealer? Lastly, I just purchased the car (Aug 2009) with 53 miles on it and was wondering if there are any Shelby updates I should get? can a basic Ford dealership access these?
