Shelby and Superformance

For the last several months we have worked hard to produce fiberglass cars that meet our quality standards and satisfy demand. While our quality is great we are very aware that we need to deliver more of our back order cars per month.

Currently cars through CSX4824 will continue to be built at HST. Most of these cars have been started and are in production currently.

We have entered into an agreement with Lance Stander of Superformance, doing business as Shelby Distribution USA to build SHELBY SPEC cars. These are NOT Superformance Mark III cars with a Shelby label they are exact spec cars. We would like to re-iterrate that the cars built by Shelby Distribution USA are to Shelby specifications.

1. Shelby Distribution USA has begun building CSX4825 through CSX4850. SAI has deposits with Shelby Distribution USA.
2. ALL CARS from HST and Shelby Distribution USA will continue to be shipped to us at Shelby to pass inspection. Once we approve the car to exact SHELBY SPECS, and we verify that payment in full is received, then an MSO will be issued by Shelby Automobiles and the car approved for shipping.

At the present time it is our plan to continue our business relationship with HST and the will continue to supply cars and parts.

Based on production projections from Shelby Distribution USA and what we know today, all of the back order cars should be delivered by early summer.

Unfortunately component prices have increased, and therefore prices for CSX4000 cars will increase immediately for all new orders.
