I have some questions on the development & production of the (75 I think) Can-Am spec racers Shelby Automobiles made for the SCCA. I believe that the first few prototypes (like the one pictured) were built by Racefab, and the production cars were shipped (in kit form) first from the Whittier facility and at some point from a Chili plant (?) Also, did Carroll get much seat time in the cars, and if he did what were his impressions? Finally, I've heard it said that in terms of lap times they were the fastest Shelbys ever built......true? Thanks, Brian (my hat's off the the creator of several of the best cars on the planet )
