Shelby Mustang Email List ------------------------------ Hey Guys...After a 4 Year on-going recovery period (work injury & brain tumor) I finally was able to take my car to the VMOC car show this year. Great turn-out...Its was held at De-Anza college in the San Jose area and there must of been over 300 cars. Hot as a fire cracker though, it must of been in the high 90's. The great part was is that ol' Red 2472 picked up a 1st place in the Shelby division. I'm still very limited with my health so I decided to commit myself to one show this year. My buddy who owns a beautiful Red kit 65 427 cobra entered his car also so we caravanned down together. Talk about a traffic stopper...I lost count of all the thumb ups we got. What also was nice is that while driving back home in high 90's the temp. on my 427 S/O stayed nailed at 185 degrees. Did any you guys make it to the show? Its great to see the list up and running again.. Kudos' to Dennis for a job well done.
