When you get time, take the link in the bottom of that email the
system and I sent out welcoming you to the new ShelbyMustang list at
TheCarSource.com. Check out the options.

There are numerous options that you now have on this page as to how
you receive the emails. You do not have to do anything to receive the
emails. Go to this page only to see or tweak your options. You were
given a password to login with. Please change your password once you login.

One of the options is for you to NOT receive back any emails YOU send
to the list. Make sure if you check yes, you realize you will not get
a copy of your emails back.

Thanks for all the kind comments. I am glad to be able to offer this
service to all of you. Yep, a labor of love and something to have
some fun with.

How about the rest of you out there send an email to the list to let
us know that you are there and getting the emails from the new list.
Just say "Hi" Who is attending the summer SAAC convention? Be a good
time to meet others on this list.

First SAAC, congrats..... This will be your event where you are just
totally taken by the cars.... then after a couple you enjoy the event, and
you have seen all of the cars before. Then you go through a period where
you look towards seeing the people you haven't seen in a year. There are
many other stages, but they are just fun events. Thinking about it, this
is my first event since the 25th. I missed the last east coast event.

Since I started this thread, our car will be very recognizable. It is a
dark green '68 vert, GT350 #3082. It has a saddle colored top, 25 year old
paint with some small battle scars from its life on various race tracks.
Lots of rock nicks behind the tires from the rocks the sticky tires have
picked up, and some rub marks just above the brow on the front fenders
from one of the SAAC events are Charlotte where we were trying to squeeze
tires on the front that were just a little too large for the downforce
generated on the banks at Charlotte.

I think we will be towing with a green/tan colored '05 Expedition. We will
look for Pete's setup and try to be somewhat nearby. Our club will have
our Southeastern Virginia Region SAAC banner hanging on our some awning
type tents. Look for us.
