    In 1966 my Dad bought a 66 Chevelle. We made the trip between Orlando and
    Miami frequently. He fine-tuned Red-Neck cooking: We called it. "Steaks on the
    Intake."
    Something like one hour at 80 MPH, equals medium rare.

    Worked well on a brand new car. Don't think I would want a steak cooked on
    the
    typical old leaky, smoking 289.
