Texas memorial details

May 30th, 2012 at 8:55pm central (6:55pm pacific) will be the simultaneous nationwide memorial for Carroll Shelby - While the "main" memorial is in LA, for us in Texas there is simply no other location more appropriate than Carroll's birthplace to hold his memorial. The East Texas Community College and Carroll Shelby School of Automotive Technology - 2886 FM 1735 Chapel Hill Road Mt. Pleasant, TX 75455 - is very excited and honored that we have chosen them to host the event. We should have more details in the next day or so and we are working on a hotel for those who will want to stay overnight in Mt. Pleasant.
