I want to order a GT350 interior passenger side wood dash piece with the snake and the GT350 logo in it to mail to Shelby to sign and I want to know who has the best reproduction or NOS parts for the money. I seem to run into mixed opinions. It is for a car I am helping with.

    Thanks

I would not recomend buying a repop dash part as they are not even close to the original (Wood grain). The dash emblem is even worse. You will have a hard time matching the cars woodgrain your working on . Something else to think about is a new one will have nice bright chrome and the car your working on may be faded out.

The reproduction chrome pieces do not fit very well and the woodgrain is not that great.

I had a set of OEM pieces rechromed and then installed the metal backed woodgrain kit (which does not include the instrument cluster). Unfortunately nobody makes replacement woodgrain for the instrument cluster so I ended up getting an NOS one. The woodgrain on the NOS piece matched the metal backed woodgrain really well.
