They arent even out yet and they are already being cloned. Shows ya how awesome the KR is supposed to be! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Must...oryZ6236QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Vern
What's really amazing is one of the options it has: Options CD Player 4-Wheel Drive Leather Seats Passenger Airbag Driver Airbag Anti-Lock Brakes Air Conditioning Power Windows Power Seats Power Locks Cruise Control Maybe this warrants coining a new term: PRECLONING! ;-)
Seems like that would cost alot to build for something that is worth nothing but the cost of used parts at the end of the day. Why go to the effort? Vern
Wow that really is something else. That reminds me of an ad on sf craigslist I saw where a guy took a 67 fastback and put the shelby wheels, side scoops and tail lights on and called it a "Numbers matching Shelby GT350" you could also purchase this "correct" car for a mere $90k. It didn't even have the correct fiberglass front clip, not to mention it was maroon with red interior...
For everything done to it, its a Great Price. He cant be making that much profit with that Price. Considering the originals will be going for OVER $100K once the Dealers get them, this Mustang is a good deal and they are advertising it AS a Clone. Better then some I have seen. David
Yeah, but you don't know how beat-on it was during those 1000 miles. It says it will be sold thru a Ford dealer, but it's a used car. Still, if mechanically perfect, it's a nice deal (if you like clones) since it does have a lot of goodies on it -- if they got them right, because it surely isn't 4-wheel drive as it says it is. Also the right tune could uncork even more power. If it had all-forged internals it would be a steal! ;-)
Yeah its a good price to something to beat the hell out of.....however, this is only true if you say price with no regard for any type of future investment. Vern
